Artists come together to raise funds for residents in Altadena and Appalachia

On Saturday, May 17th, from 11am–3pm, L.A. musicians, artists and healing practitioners will convene at Compound in Long Beach, California, to raise money for Altadena fire and Appalachian hurricane survivors.
✨ 11am: Kundalini meditation* by Kelsea Mazzocco
✨ 12pm: Theta heart meditation and sound experience* by noted musician, composer and sound healer Farmer Dave Scher (Beachwood Sparks)
✨ 1–3pm: Farmer Dave, David Ralicke (Dengue Fever), Andres Renteria (Jose Gonzales), and DJ Dennis Owens (Good Foot!) grace the main stage
✨ Custom artwork from Appalachian artist Anna Bryant and L.A. artist Emily Kiwa Tanaka screen-printed* onto tees and totes by Open Gallery
✨ All-day collage-making accompanies the Fay Ray: Puerperal exhibition

✨ Walking, bicycling and public transit are encouraged. Free bike valet provided by Pedal Movement
